The Rabbit and the Tortoise
Once upon a time, in a beautiful forest, there lived many animals, each with their own unique abilities.
एक समय की बात है, एक सुंदर जंगल में कई जानवर रहते थे, जिनकी अपनी-अपनी विशेषताएँ थीं।
Among them, there was a very proud rabbit.

He was quick, clever, and always boasted about how fast he was.

Every day, he would race around the forest, leaving all the other animals behind.

One sunny morning, while hopping around, the rabbit proudly said to a group of animals,

He felt that the rabbit was too proud and decided to teach him a lesson.

So, the tortoise walked over to the rabbit and said, “I would like to challenge you to a race.”

But the tortoise was calm and persistent.
लेकिन कछुआ शांत और दृढ़ था।
“It doesn’t matter how fast or slow we are. What matters is who reaches the finish line first. So, are you up for it?” he asked.
“इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता कि हम कितने तेज़ या धीमे हैं, फर्क इस बात से है कि कौन पहले Finish line तक पहुँचता है। तो, क्या तुम तैयार हो?” उसने पूछा।
The other animals in the forest, who had gathered around to listen, were excited.
जंगल के बाकी जानवर, जो सुनने के लिए इकट्ठा हो गए थे, बहुत उत्साहित हो गए।
They agreed to the race and quickly marked a starting and finishing point.

The race would be from one side of the forest to the other, a long stretch.
